Amy has also spent a number of years working collaboratively with authorities and academic companies developing curriculum, learning and teaching practices and delivering quality training for teachers and leaders, most recently delivering the UK accredited courses for NPQML/SL. Amy values collaboration and strong emotional literacy at the core of effective leadership in order to drive sustainable change in schools. Craig Shipton has thirty-five very successful years leading and teaching in a wide variety of primary and secondary schools in the UK and overseas. He has been a qualified inspector for 20 years and also holds the NPQH and SIP qualifications from the UK. Having previously held leadership and management positions at all levels and in different contexts, including 18 years in Senior Leadership, he is delighted to be the Principal of the Grammar School, Dubai. He is committed to the pursuit of excellence in schools, ensuring the needs of all student are met. He has worked in four countries in the Middle East as a principal, school management adviser and as an expert consultant to the Saudi Government.

Sadia Wajid leads Al Sadiq Islamic English School, this being the third school she has lead as principal in Dubai. She brings to the position 20 years experience in the British National Curriculum and is passionate about teaching and learning. A science teacher by origin her career path encompasses specialisms in instruction and staff development, Head of Secondary School, Academic Leader, and Vice Principal.Her educational experiences have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being. Tiffany Brooks is an enthusiastic, well-rounded educator with 23 years of experience in teaching and instructional leadership. Emits strong skills in implementing the curriculum, and maintaining a learning environment that cultivates a positive learning environment for the academic and social achievement of all students. Dionne Pinkett Foy

Dionne Pinkett Foy, has been involved in education for 22 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Early Childhood Education and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology from Georgia State University. She then later attended Central Michigan University where she received her Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership. She holds a certification in Special Education for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Most recently, she obtained an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. Before becoming the principal, she served as an Academic Vice Principal with the Ministry of Education. In her earlier years in education, she taught kindergarten, 2nd-9th grades, as well as served as a Special Education Coordinator for inner-city public schools in Atlanta, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina. She has also held various leadership positions on several committees throughout her career.

Paul Grimaud holds an incredible 14-year experience in the education industry. He has had a well-rounded experience starting as a Teacher, Head of Department, Curriculum Coordinator, Vice Principal, and Director/Principal. He is a Masters and Post Graduate degree holder in Education and Management, has IB experience and is a certified USA Principal. Afshan Yakoob has more than 11 years of experience in the field of Education, primarily in the Early Years and Preschool setup. She holds a degree in Business Administration, but her passion for education led her to pursue a CACHE Level 3 – (Diploma) Award in Childcare and Education for Young Children. She is currently seeking her CACHE Level 5 – Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s services. She is also TESOL certified and has completed multiple training courses in the Early Years Curriculum. Living and growing up in the U.A.E for almost 30 years, Afshan is well versed with the cultural and religious values of the local and expat community.
